About Olive Nest

A perennial olive tree of great historical and cultural value of a place in the region (Nun olive Perivolion IGC) has inspired the name of the villa. The story says that once in the area there were no other olives while always stood out because of its uniqueness and its size. The trunk at the base has a perimeter of 13 meters and rises as divided into 5 other trunks that form a huge nest. The surrounding area is configured for both the protection and promotion of the tree and the use of shade and tranquility offered.

The villa is built onto a hill, surrounded by trees and gardenshas. It has been designed by the famous architects Danai Skaraki & Marios Nikiforiadis.

Location

The property is 5 acres and is located in the municipality town Perivolia of Chania, 4.5 km south of the city of Chania, at an altitude of 90 meters, in the northern foothills of the White Mountains. The villa has easy and direct access to Chania (8-10 mins drive from the city center) and the highway (4-5 mins) in several different ways.
